虽然我无法使用 xammpp 软件修复这个特定错误。这个 xampp 软件是 XAMPP-VM/PHP 7.1.7。所以我从我的机器中删除了这个软件并下载了另一个版本的 xampp是 7.1.7/PHP 7.1.7。实际上，xampp 网站上列出了 4 个软件，之前我下载了 VM 版本的 xampp。但是安装另一个版本的 XAMPP 后解决了我的问题。
