出于稳定性原因，软件包(例如 linux 内核)在 ubuntu 发布期间不会获得主要版本更新。
也许你可以使用 tex live Backports ( https://launchpad.net/~texlive-backports/+archive/ubuntu/ppa ) 安装更新的版本。
