很大程度上取决于第二次插入失败的具体情况。

默认情况下，Spring 仅在标记有 @Transactional 的方法抛出 RuntimeException 时才对事务进行回滚。

如果发生任何其他情况(抛出已检查的异常，或者方法成功完成)，则将提交事务。

我相信 SQLException 是异常，而不是 RuntimeException，因此您要么必须捕获 SQLException 并抛出 RuntimeException，要么重新配置事务注释(例如 @Transactional(rollbackFor=Exception.class) )
