对于 Windows 8，连同 Erfan Safarpoor 响应；请务必将“Allow from 127.0.0.1″ 改为 “Allow from 127.0.0.1::1″ 并将“Listen 80”更改为“Listen 0.0.0.0:80” - 这将解决在本地主机上被禁止的问题，并且phpmyadmin。 :3
