错误消息是转移注意力的信息。 PayPal 找不到任何 TransactionId，将空的 TransactionId 报告为无效。
TransactionId 元素属于 urn:ebay:api:PayPalAPI 命名空间。您的 XML 将其附加到 urn:ebay:apis:eBLBaseComponents 命名空间。您需要做的就是将 ebl:TransactionId 更改为 ns:TransactionId。
