我用java写了一个程序。
在程序的一部分中，它从网页中提取字符串数字并将其转换为整数。
这在linux下工作没有问题。
在 Windows 中，当我从 Netbeans 的运行/调试选项运行程序时，它可以正常工作；
但是当我从 Windows 和 JRE 运行它时，它不起作用! (它错误地提取了该数字)。

您可能没有在打开 Unicode 的情况下运行 JRE。尝试使用 file.encoding 选项运行代码:
-Dfile.encoding=UTF8
或者设置JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS environment variable到-Dfile.encoding=UTF8。
