我已经将问题归结为两件事，第二件事是我的“错误”。

随 DevKit 4.5.1 分发的 MinGW 工具不适用于 Windows 7 64 位。他们似乎有一个旧版本的 MinGW 出现了这个问题。安装最新的 MinGW 工具并使用允许编译的工具。

我最初使用 Git Bash 来运行 gem install RedCloth这导致一些路径被转换为 /C/...而不是 C:/在 Makefile 里面。显然，g++和 friend 无法打开任何给定的文件。运行 ruby 重新安装和 gem来自 cmd.exe已经解决了所有问题。

我现在有一个快乐的安装。我还向 RubyInstaller 团队报告了第一个问题。
