每个循环都应该生成一个新图形吗?我没有看到你关闭它或从一个循环到另一个循环创建一个新的图形实例。

此调用将在循环结束保存当前图形后清除它:

pyplot.clf()

不过,我会重构,让您的代码更面向对象,并在每个循环上创建一个新的图形实例:
