Python代码中的sign_payload()生成ASN.1/DER格式的ECDSA签名。另一方面,WebCrypto API 只能处理 IEEE P1363 格式。
由于 Python 加密库比低级 WebCrypto API 方便得多,因此在 Python 代码中进行转换是有意义的。
