如果我不提供 python make gcc libudev-dev libusb-1.0-0-dev g++ pkg-config 在 debian 主机上docker-compose 构建失败。

我认为主机 CPU 类型会影响 docker guest 容器可用的预构建。因为 ARM 预构建不存在，所以它尝试构建它们并使用 python(在上面的 Dockerfile 示例中不存在 - 因此它失败了)。
