我注意到您的 varnish.service文件归 vcache 所有并且有 rw-r--r--权限。
我建议你执行chown root:root varnish.service ，因为我假设 systemd 没有打开文件的正确权限。

Long story short, systemd will try to start services using the
rootuser. Make sure this user has read and execute permissions to access this file.
