我最近也遇到了同样的问题。 我了解到，在我基于 Debian 的 Linux guest 系统上，不再推荐在 Linux 上使用 VMware Tools。相反，我必须安装以下软件包:
sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools open-vm-tools-desktop
请注意，open-vm-tools 单独可以调整显示大小，但(至少在我的情况下)无法提供复制粘贴功能，因为它与 x-server 相关。然而，它随后被包含在 open-vm-tools-desktop 中。如果要安装多个软件包，这取决于您的 Linux 发行版。
