Android Studio 失败并显示 : "File was deleted, but previous version not found in cache"

我在 Android Studio 上有一个正在运行的项目。但是我跑了之后git pull然后 git reset --hard并尝试再次运行它，构建失败并显示以下消息:
File 'com.android.builder.files.ZipCentralDirectory@412e039a' was deleted, but previous version not found in cache

Build -> Clean Project解决了我的问题。
