在运行 pipenv install 之前，您尚未将 Pipfile 复制到 Docker 镜像中，因此安装不会安装任何东西。您还应该考虑 pipenv install --deploy --system 选项:因为 Docker 镜像本身就是一个隔离层，您不需要创建一个虚拟环境，安装到“系统” Python 很好，这让您以后无需pipenv run。
