PDO SQLSRV 库已安装，请参见下面的 phpinfo() 屏幕截图，正如我已经说过的，当通过 http 使用该应用程序时，我可以毫无问题地连接；

为什么 PDO 连接可以通过 http 正常工作，但在 CLI 中却不行？ 请注意我使用的是完全相同的一组代码，一个是从 Laravel Controller 调用的，另一个是从 Laravel 命令调用的。

php cli 和php cgi 使用不同的php.ini 文件。试试 php -i | grep pdo 查看是否为您的 cli 安装了 pdo，请参阅 php -i | grep“加载的配置文件”
