我想创建一个准时报告,其中我们显示员工、分支机构、准时、计划时间和 emp 是迟到还是早到还是准时。

  • 员工同一天会有多个IN,所以需要第一个IN。
  • 需要在两个日期之间按 EmployeeId 分组获取详细信息
  • 需要根据分支和访问日期从tblBranchTimingEntry中选择调度时间。 IE。如果是星期天,则取 SundayIn,否则,如果是星期一,则取 MondayIn,依此类推。
  • 此外,对于不同日期范围的分支机构,也会有不同的时间表。例如:对于一个分支机构,一个月的前 15 天他们有一个时间表,而接下来的 15 天则有另一个时间表。
  • 所以当我们获取一个月的报告时,我们必须从 tblBranchTimingEntry 中选择 accessDate 介于 FromDate 和 ToDate 之间的计划时间

我的逻辑是这样的

  1. 我们从tblAccess中选取员工在一天中的第一次IN时间
  2. 根据branch,我们从tblBranch中选择BranchEntryId
  3. 并从 tblBranchTimingEntry 中选择与 BranchEntryId 匹配的行 和来自 tblBranchTimingEntry 的 fromDate 和 toDate 之间的 tblAccess 的 AccessTime。
  4. 并选择星期几对应的列,即。 SundayIn 表示星期日,依此类推。
  5. 然后我们计算时间方差,(ScheduleTime - InTime)。如果方差 > 0,则延迟那么大的方差。如果它等于 0,则 emp 准时。如果它 < 0 ,则 emp 早于计划。

我认为您的查询太复杂了。这基本上应该是通过一些奇特的逻辑连接三个表。

这个结果查询并不那么简单,因为您需要逻辑来:

  • 每天为员工获取第一个访问权限
  • 将员工输入的实际日期时间与预期时间进行比较
  • 做大量的日期计算
