安装pywinpty手动

1. 非官方wheel可以查到here .寻找cp38在文件名中并下载适合您的 Python 版本(32 位或 64 位)的正确文件。
2. 打开 shell 并执行下面的命令。根据您下载的文件更改文件的名称。这将从指定的 wheel 手动安装包.
