它也可能与 VS 2015 Update 3 有关。如果您先安装了 Update 3，那么 known issue表示无法删除与 VC++ 可再发行组件相关的注册表项。

您需要进入程序和功能并右键单击->更改->修复最新的 Visual C++ 2015 可再发行组件(版本 14.0.24123)的 x64 和 x86 版本
