终于!我解决了!这是解决方案:

1-我以管理员身份运行VBox-Win10-fix-14040.exe(参见 this Discussion)

2- 以管理员身份运行VirtualBox.exe 以管理员身份 + 与 Windows 7 的兼容性

3- 和 Vagrant up :)
