我解决了这个问题。现在一切正常。

我正在使用:

+ Window 10
+ VirtualBox-5.0.2-102096-Win
+ Genymotion-2.5.3

第 1 步:我们应该为这些文件设置以管理员身份运行此程序 & 兼容模式 Window 7。

C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox
    + VBoxHeadless.exe
    + VBoxManage.exe
    + VirtualBox.exe
C:\Program Files\Genymobile\Genymotion
    + genymotion.exe

第二步:我的电脑->管理->设备管理器->网络适配器

删除所有名称为:VirtualBox Host-Only Ethenet Adapter #...

第 3 步:打开 Virtual Box 并转到文件 -> 首选项 -> 网络 -> 仅主机网络

删除所有并使用信息创建新主机:

Adapter Tab:
    IPv4 Address:        192.168.1.201
    IPv4 Network Mask:   255.255.255.0
DHCP Server Tab:
    Server Address:      192.168.1.100
    Server Mask:         255.255.255.0
    Lower Address Bound: 192.168.1.101
    Upper Address Bound: 192.168.1.199
