如果您连接到 https://registry.npmjs.org/，您就会注意到，Chrome将给您一个 SSL 错误，因为registry.npmjs.org 正在提供自签名 SSL 证书。registry.npmjs.org 现在使用正确的 CA 签名证书。

有两种可能性:

• 你的 npm 配置困惑了。删除所有与 npm 相关的内容并重新安装。
• 如果您处于具有拦截 HTTPS 代理的环境中，则可能会破坏 npm。请与您的网络管理员联系。
