您的环境变量仅在 Webpack 运行时可用，但在执行 index.js 时不可用。 您将需要使用EnvironmentPlugin在你的 Webpack 配置中像这样:

该插件将用变量的实际值替换变量。

提示:不要使用||。 webpack不知道如何优化。尝试三元运算符:
