可能与您想要的相反，但是乌龟将很高兴以弧度工作，就像数学库一样。（仅是默认值。）这是根据每个乌龟完成的：

from turtle import Screen, Turtle
from math import pi

screen = Screen()

turtle = Turtle()
turtle.radians()

turtle.circle(100, extent=pi/2)  # draw a quarter circle

screen.exitonclick()
