我的导航栏无法识别 css 规则:.navbar-bg {background-color: black;}(我刚刚测试了这条规则)。

但是，如果我将相同的 HTML 和 CSS 代码粘贴到像 CodePen 这样的网站中，它就可以工作(我的导航栏变成黑色背景)。
