我仍然不知道为什么会发生这种情况，但似乎打开 Android SDK Manager 并重新安装包含错误的包可能会有所帮助(在我的例子中安装 Android 1.5(API 3) 包括 SDK 平台和 Google API)，然后再次运行 mvn 安装程序。
