我遇到了完全同样的问题并且我解决了它。基本上，当创建 Spring MVC 项目时，Eclipse 默认不会将 src/main/webapp 配置为源目录。它可能需要是一个源目录，因为 Eclipse 在构建它时会以不同的方式处理这些文件。

右键单击“webapp”文件夹并单击“Build Path -> Use as Source Folder”为我解决了这个问题。这里的其他评论是错误的:我不必更改我的 RequestMapping 或 servlet url-pattern。 '/' 都适用于我的 'localhost:8080/test/'。
