你的代码真的很乱而且写得不好。作为 WPF 应用程序，您还应该考虑 XAML 代码。

你要做的事情非常简单，但是使用“旧式编程”将是一场噩梦，会带来很多麻烦和不稳定。我强烈建议使用 MVVM 方法，乍一看可能很复杂，但它会产生出色的结果。一旦你学会了，你就再也不会离开了。
