正常情况下，重新安装Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization在包管理器控制台中应该可以解决问题。

Update-Package –reinstall Microsoft.AspNet.Web.Optimization

如果仍然不能解决问题，请删除所有包(和引用)，删除所有 DLL 并安装包应该可以。
