PostgreSQL 无法从服务器 : Software caused connection abort (0x00002745/10053) 接收数据

我试图在 pgAdmin 中建立到 PostgresSQL 服务器的连接。 我总是收到消息:

could not receive data from server: Software caused connection abort (0x00002745/10053).

我看了好几篇帖子，其中有人遇到了同样的问题，但他们没有帮助我。

因为我的版本有点旧，所以我卸载了整个 postgresql 并使用 EnterpriseDB 的安装程序安装了最新版本(Windows 64 上的 PostgreSQL 9.6)。一切看起来都很好。但是我无法再次从 pgAdmin 4 连接到服务器。我收到相同的错误消息。

In the logfile is written: "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host"

我的部分解决方案是每次使用 NET STOP 和 NET START 启动我的计算机后重新启动 postgresql-server。这很麻烦但很管用。 因为我的电脑还有其他连接问题，随后我将系统更新到Windows 10，这完全解决了我所有的问题。
