我认为该文档可能已过时。
通过删除 connect 中的用户和密码参数并在启动 dev_appserver 时移动它们，可以更轻松地解决问题。由于rdbms在运行时并不真正使用这两个参数，所以最好让它们只存在于开发环境中。
