这些函数名称在 Swift 3 中发生了变化。对于第一个函数，您应该使用 String.addingPercentEncoding(withAllowedCharacters:):

urlString = urlString.addingPercentEncoding(withAllowedCharacters: .urlQueryAllowed)

此外，UIApplication.sharedApplication() 变成了 UIApplication.shared 并且 networkActivityIndi​​catorVisible 得到了一个 is 前缀，类似到 Swift 3 中的其他 bool 值:
