如果文件未上传，$_FILES 数组将为空。具体来说，如果未上传文件 image，则不会设置 $_FILES['image']。

所以

$file = $_FILES['image']['tmp_name'];   //Error comes from here(here is the prob!)

应该是:

if(empty($_FILES) || !isset($_FILES['image']))
