Eclipse 3.5.1 更新错误(HTTP 503)

看来 503 错误代码的目的是 stop software from constantly downloading this file来自 w3.org。但是我如何说服 Eclipse 停止请求它呢？

经过多次 Eclipse 更新后，支持的软件和库现在可以使用了。
从 Galileo 站点更新的正确方法是通过“帮助/安装新软件”或“帮助/更新”。
通过“帮助/软件更新/查找和安装/搜索新...”的路径失败，因为更新站点格式已更改。
