CORS header 不应阻止对 Controller 的调用:MVC 或 Web API。它只是阻止将 RESULTS 返回给浏览器。无论如何都会执行的方法...因此您必须通过其他方式阻止执行。

您或许可以使用 AuthorizeAttribute 来完成。但我想在 ACTION 级别执行此操作,所以我选择了 ActionFilterAttribute - 并在 OnActionExecuting
