.NET 中的 Web 服务不维护请求之间的 session 状态。当您初始化字典时，它仅在该特定请求期间存在。在后续请求中，它再次为 null，因此您会遇到异常。

如果你想实现这样的服务，使用在请求之间持续存在的对象，你可以使用应用程序作为共享存储。它看起来有点难看，因为您必须在访问它时输入强制转换。

初始化:
