  Instead using SDK:

我遇到了同样的问题，但我解决了:

sudo xcode-select --reset

在执行上述操作之前，xcode-select -p 报告路径为 /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools。

重置后路径为/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer。
